Holistic Bodywork & SourcePoint Therapy · Nashville, TN

Bodywork that starts with listening.

Before I touch a muscle, I take time to find out what's going on and where it's coming from. Then we work on that, with SourcePoint Therapy, myofascial release and whatever else fits your body that day.

How I work

Every session is built around what your body shows me, not a set routine.

  1. We talk first

Where it hurts, when it started, what you've already tried. A few minutes of listening saves an hour of guessing.

  2. I look at the whole picture

Posture, breath, how you move. Pain in one spot often starts somewhere else.

  3. Then the hands-on work

Slow, focused and adjusted as we go. You can always tell me to go lighter or deeper.

What a session can include

A therapist's hands resting on a man's back on a linen-covered table in a plaster-walled room with a fern and a green curtain.

SourcePoint Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body's own pattern of health. It's the core of what I do.

A therapist cradling a woman's head and neck on a linen-draped table beside an olive branch in a clay jug.

Myofascial & trigger point

Slow, direct work on the connective tissue and knots that keep pain coming back.

Kraft paper with a small bowl of oil, a folded linen cloth, a sprig of rosemary and a dried fern.

Cupping & lymphatic drainage

Lighter techniques for swelling, recovery and stuck tissue, added when they help.

A woman in her fifties walking a fern-lined forest trail with trekking poles in morning light.

Distance SourcePoint

A SourcePoint session without the table, for when you can't come in.

A cedar barrel sauna with a glowing window and steam rising in a foggy forest.
A man in a deep lunge on a grassy ridge at sunrise above misty valleys.
A woman sitting in a cold forest creek with her eyes closed.

Come back to your body.
